PAIN IS A MESSENGER
Symptoms such as anxiety, insomnia, depression, fatigue, and muscle aches are a few of the warning signals your body is sending to you. Physical and emotional pain is your subconscious mind's way of getting your attention. And if you're not listening? Your pain gets worse. Through the therapy process, these subconscious patterns can be identified and transformed.
